A new year means new resolutions and I'm going to share mine with you guys and at the end of the year, I will tell you whether I achieved them or not.
No.1
Do the splits! It's something I've wanted to do for a while and believe it or not; after intense stretching on the first day of the year, I managed to achieve it on the 1st January!

I'd like to get fitter! I know this is a popular choice of resolution but I'd like to get a bit fitter by exercising whenever I can.
